It grows just as quickly as other varieties and the leaves do slowly larger as the plant matures. You’ll find it grows best in bright environments (within a couple of feet of a good-sized, unobstructed east- or west-facing window, or the equivalent of with plant lights). We’ve found it tolerates medium or even lower lighting conditions, but it won’t be as happy and the mint-type variegation will quickly fade, making it look all green.
