Love big, bold flowers? This brand-new (and exclusive!) tropical hibiscus is for you! Hybris features large (more than 6 inches wide) hot pink flowers edged in softer pink. The effect looks like a watercolor painting. It’s the perfect plant to decorate your sunny balcony, deck, porch, patio, or planters. It just takes a few of these big blooms to put on a big show! Light Level: Direct Sunlight

This plant wants direct sun at least half to a full day. Grow it in a planter or garden bed where it gets plenty of sun. 

Water Level: Very Thirsty

This plant is a very thirsty one, check on it 2-3 times per week and add water every time the top of the soil feels dry to the touch.

Quick Tips

For optimal blooms, use a time-release fertilizer in spring or fertilize monthly with a general-purpose fertilizer.

Bred specially for us by our partners Graff Breeding, Hybris is an exclusive new Tropical Hibiscus that impressed us with its huge hot pink flowers accented by a soft pink edges. This tropical flower continues blooming all summer long, no matter how hot or humid the weather gets, so you can continue to enjoy its lush, tropical look without missing a bit. It’s also delightfully easy to care for: All you need to do is keep it watered (though fertilizing it will encourage more blooms).  

Brand-new Hybris Tropical Hibiscus is hardy in USDA Zones 10-11, but can be brought indoors in cold-winter climates and treated as a houseplant if you want to save it from year to year.
