Pink Princess Philodendron

One of the trendiest plants on social media, this climbing vine shows off bronze-green leaves variegated with streaks and splashes of pink. It’s a relatively slow grower but makes a stunning houseplant in any bright room. It is grown and shipped fresh from our farm direct to your front door.

  • Every leaf will be different with the amount and pattern of pink variegation.
  • Can grow about 6 feet tall (or more) in time.

Light Level: Indirect Sunlight

This plant needs to live in a room with at least some natural light. Place it on a table or countertop with windows nearby.

Water Level: Thirsty

This plant can only go 1-2 weeks without water so check on it weekly and add water every time the top two inches of soil dry out.

Quick Tips

If your plant gets too much light, it may develop brown sunburned patches, especially within the pink variegation.

Plant Bio

Philodendron ‘Pink Princess’

Pink Princess Philodendron is one of the most popular aroids (plants in the same family as Pothos, Monstera, Aglaonema, Peace Lily, and many other houseplants). It’s been around for decades but hasn’t been readily available because of its relatively slow growth rate and opportunity to revert (lose its variegation) when grown in production. It grows best in bright (but indirect) light with average household temperatures and average to above-average relative humidity levels. Take care not to overwater as it as it may suffer from root rot if it stays wetter than it likes to be.
