From light pink flowers to deeper rich rose hues, pink
flowers in porch containers and window boxes deliver a soft romantic effect. Pink flowers look beautiful accenting

Cool off with blue blooms
Blue flowers offer cool elegance to any area of the patio,
porch, or garden, particularly during the hot days of summer. Blue flowers mix well with other pastels such as yellow or
pink blooms.
Blue flowers stand out against beige, white, and gray homes. Some of my favorite soft blue
flowers include lobelia, blue salvia, and catmint. If you’re looking for fragrance as well, pot up some

Enjoy the glow of yellow flowers
Add a little soft sunshine to your porch with pastel
yellow flowers. In a sunny spot, you can grow coreopsis, marigolds, bidens, snapdragons, and zinnia. Yellow-flowering shade lovers include tuberous
begonias.
Yellow flowers provide stand-out accents to dark home exteriors, such as black, brown, and green.
