When I think about spring, a cactus doesn't really come to mind. That is, however, until I saw the Desert Gems collection of colorful cacti. While they're not as soft as the Easter bunny, they are as colorful as painted eggs. (And, good news --- these cacti aren't particularly prickly, so they're easier to have around than traditional cactus varieties.)

Desert Gems are easy to grow indoors -- they thrive in a bright spot and need minimal watering (once every couple of weeks or so).
